What exactly is in this pack?
A 110-page PDF. For every one of the 14 sub-strands of the Grade 9 Christian Religious Education (CRE) design there is a unit with 'I can' outcomes, a plain explanation, key terms, worked examples, the mistakes that cost marks and graded practice (recall, application, higher order). There are 42 worked examples, 234 questions with answers, three end-of-term tests, an end-of-year paper (100 marks) and the reference books page. The answers are in a detachable Answer Booklet at the back (26 pages). The shop delivers one PDF; a separate answer-booklet PDF and a questions-only PDF are also prepared and can be sent on request on WhatsApp +254 711 344 702.

Which curriculum design is it based on?
It follows the 14 sub-strands and the 120 suggested lessons of the KICD Grade 9 Religious Education (CRE) design (rationalised). On 8 Nov 2026 we opened the Mwalimu Focus listing of that design, which shows the strands, sub-strands and lesson counts. The full design PDF (learning outcomes and learning experiences) is a paid download that we did not buy, and the official kicd.ac.ke PDF returned 'not found', so the 'I can' statements, explanations and questions are in our own words and original. This is the CRE (Christian) pack: IRE and HRE are separate designs, available on request.

Are the answers and working included?
Yes. Every question has an answer in the Answer Booklet. Every question has a model answer with marking points, one mark for each correct point. For Bible stories a parent can mark by checking the passage given in the reference, so no religious expertise is needed. Answers are respectful of all churches and give a mark for any correct idea even when the words differ. The booklet starts on its own sheet so you can print the questions for the learner and keep the answers.

Who is it for?
Grade 9 learners revising on their own, parents helping at home (you do not need to know the subject: mark with the Answer Booklet) and teachers who want a ready bank of questions and worked examples. It supports classroom learning and does not replace your teacher's assessment.

Will it guarantee a good result?
No. It is a study aid. Results depend on the learner's own work and the school's assessment. The EE, ME, AE and BE bands in the score sheets are a revision guide, not a KNEC cut-off.
