Common questions
How much do I actually save with membership?
Individual CBC revision packs cost KSH 100 each; grade bundles cost KSH 250. The full IGCSE bundle costs KSH 700. If you buy just three grade bundles in a year (say Grade 7 + 8 + 9), that's KSH 750 — for the same price as 12 months of CBCEduKenya Plus (KSH 2,499) you get unlimited access to every CBC grade, every IGCSE subject and Somo AI for the whole year.
Does the membership include Somo AI tutor?
Yes. Members get the Soma Plus tier (30 questions per day) included in the membership at no extra cost. Standalone Soma Plus is KSH 300/month — so the 1-month membership already includes more than KSH 300 of Somo value alone.
Can I share my membership with my child / spouse / a teacher friend?
Membership is single-household. Sharing the login outside your household breaches the terms and we may suspend the account. If you need access for a school or multiple teachers, contact us on WhatsApp for our schools licence (much cheaper per learner).
What happens at the end of my membership period?
Your downloads stay yours forever (PDFs you've downloaded are not deleted), but you lose access to new downloads. We'll send you a renewal reminder 7 days before expiry. There's no auto-renewal — you choose to extend on your own schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa Send Money to 0711344702 (paste your receipt code on the checkout page — most common). Stripe (Visa, Mastercard). PayPal (for diaspora). All three accepted on every membership tier.
Is this just for parents, or also for teachers?
Both. Teachers get the lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment rubrics. Parents get the revision packs, notes, mark schemes and Somo AI for their children. The membership covers all content types regardless of role.
How do I get the membership activated after I pay?
Pay via M-Pesa (or Stripe / PayPal). Paste your receipt code on the checkout. We confirm payment within a few hours during business hours (faster than that, usually within minutes if Charles is online). You'll get an email + WhatsApp message with your member token to access all downloads.
Refund policy?
If you cannot access the downloads within 24 hours of payment due to a technical issue on our side, we will refund in full or extend the membership — your choice. Outside that, memberships are non-refundable once content has been accessed.
