Our Mission
To make quality, curriculum-aligned learning materials accessible and affordable for every Kenyan learner — from Pre-Primary 1 right through to Grade 12, IGCSE, and Cambridge A Level.
We believe no teacher should spend their evenings searching for reliable notes, and no parent should struggle to find proper revision materials for their child. We've built the resource centre that Kenya's education system needed.
The Problem We Solved
When Kenya transitioned to the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), teachers were handed a new system but not the materials to deliver it. KICD provided curriculum designs, but the day-to-day teaching resources — notes, schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment rubrics — were left to teachers to create from scratch.
Parents were equally lost. "What is my child supposed to be learning?" became a question without a clear answer. We built CBC Edu Kenya to answer it.
How We Work
Every resource on this platform is produced by qualified Kenyan teachers and curriculum specialists. We cross-reference each document against the official KICD Curriculum Designs to ensure alignment — and we never publish materials we haven't verified.
For Cambridge/IGCSE content, we work against current syllabus versions and follow Cambridge International Education standards. CBC and Cambridge content are always kept completely separate on this platform.

While our core mission serves Kenyan learners, CBC Edu Kenya also publishes free AI education content for a global audience — helping students and teachers everywhere understand and use artificial intelligence tools responsibly.
Our free YouTube channel (@CBCEduKenya) delivers tutorial videos, live Q&A sessions, and holiday coaching programmes at no cost to learners.
